Customer reviews of Basset Auto Wreckers in Bassett, CA
3.5 stars based on 122 reviews- VValera Kuzmenko
Extremely rude and unprofessional. The workers talk to you as if they had a unique part, the only one in the world, but it was just a honda accord. I do car business for 10 years and I've never heard something like that. Good luck with your junk parts and shittiest customer service!

Worst customer service, they are always rude. No matter who answers the phone. They talk over you, raise their voice, interrupt you.
- JJack Wang
They do not offer refunds for any problems with the car parts here, only replacements. Please purchase with caution.
