Process was super easy. And very efficient. I'll use it again and I recommend it to anyone. Saul was on top of things. Some of the middlemen were hard to understand- I think they're outsourcing their scheduling. The accents were pretty thick. Everyone however, was completely pleasant.

Erin was great to deal with. The company that came to pick up my vehicle was extremely pleasant and local. There was one step in between with a customer service representative that I found abrasive. Other than that one employee, who I hope was just having a bad day, this was a good experience.

The whole experience was pretty good from start to finish. I was very unsure in the beginning, but they made me feel comfortable. Thank you again.
