UPDATED REVIEW>>> Today, 10/27/25 (following my intial (now deleted)review), I received a call from my mechanic who received a call from this business. It was Carlos on behalf of Chris, the owner of Union Auto wreckers. Upon speaking with him, he apologized for the experience we (me and my mechanic) had. He said that he was willing to take the parts back. Unfortunately, the parts were installed as we needed the car and the mechanic said that the repair would be delayed as he had other customers waiting. So Carlos offered to adjust the price to my satisfaction. Although we're not happy with the condition of the parts, we weren't in a position to return them for a full refund because we had the parts installed and can't afford to pay to do the job all over again atm. However, Carlos returned $200 of my approx $385. I was satisfied with that because their parts remain installed on my car. I appreciate Chris's response to my review and commitment to correct the problem and Carlos's eagerness to help resolve the problem to my satisfaction. A sincere "Thank you" to you both.
