Great experience. Called on Monday, confirmed part, called Tuesday and made arrangements to pick up Wednesday. Arrived, they took me to truck, examined instrument cluster, exactly as pictured in ad. Mechanic carefully removed and took me to cashier, paid and on my way home in less than one hour. Jim was very helpful. Installed today and works great. 1/24/2026

Today I was trying to make it to the gas station and ran out of gas .I went empty right beside McDonough Used Auto Parts. The gas station Marathon is directly beside them. I went in to see if they possibly had a gas container I could borrow to fill up and return. The employees were so kind . They were busy with phone calls however they were polite to me and went to see if they had a gas container that would work. Thank you so much for your kindness. I truly appreciate it . If your vehicle needs work or parts needed check out these guys . They have exceptional customer service .

Derek was EXTREMELY rude and impatient with me when simply inquiring about parts for my truck. Basically told me his business is too good for me and I’m not worth his time lol. Plenty of other good sources for parts. Don’t waste your time, and apparently Derek’s either.
