Mohamed Conde stated he got the bumper from a Tahoe when he needed a bumper from a Suburban, unless they gave him one from a wrong year generation parts from a Tahoe are the exact same as a Suburban! They are the exact same vehicle with the exception of a Suburban is 18 inches longer. All parts interchange! Maybe he is not as mechanical inclined as some people. Personally they are an amazing place and always have exactly the parts I need at very reasonable prices. The fact they know Tahoe's and Suburban's parts interchange is exactly why I think it's a great place to go. Very helpful and very knowledgeable!

Awesome Customer Experience! Kristina found the seats we were looking for, but they weren't the ONES that we really wanted. She picked up on that and took the time and effort to find another set. Which happened to be the exact set needed. This is the family owned service that is rarely found in this millennium. We have found our 1st stop for parts. The service here is top rate. I highly recommend this place!

I am from out of town. These men found my problem and fixed it and got me back on the road. The problem was simple to fix and they charged me $5 and did not take advantage of my situation. They are very trustworthy. I have since made many parts purchases and have found that I can find Volvo parts for less than anywhere else in Columbus. If you need a Volvo fixed or need parts these are your guys. Outstanding service and value.
