Ripped me off on a transmission. It cost me $2300.oo to get my transmission fixed and when I pulled outta the parking lot it started slipping. Called to complained and took them 3 weeks to even call me back then said they were told to just patch it. Come to find out I could of had a transmission shop do a complete rebuild for $2000. Thanks Dewayne at yeagers. I'll never go back even if they were giving away free transmissions. Oh yeah. They kept my truck for a month knowing it was my only ride without calling or doing anything to it. Piss poor service. Piss poor respect for the customers. Not one person that worked there could tell me anything about the progress while they had it. Bi had to drive there n gripe in person

Such a wonderful place, short-staffed, but they make up for it with kindness and going out on a limb to help their customers. I won't use any place but them highly recommend this place. Great customer service

Website shows part, office woman called to confirm they had the part. Dude on the phone got rude, and dismissive when I called to confirm now saying they do not have the part and hung up on me. No need to be rude you can just tell me you don't have something in stock
