Bad customer service from John right as I got there they treated me with disrespect but went to return an engine core that I bought and was told that it was ok for me to bring it back past the 30 days come back two months later they don’t accept the core because he doesn’t remember saying any of that to us. I don’t know if he said that just to make a sale, but they were not willing to work with us on the return. Never have I ever had any issue returning back a core at any other junkyard bad service from these guys don’t recommend them.

ABSOLUTELY HORRID CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve never been treated this poorly by a business before. John is VERY RUDE and AGITATED. He provided me with a damaged part after I drove 4 hours to pick it up and proceeded to start yanking it out of my vehicle and damaging it after I brought the issue up to him. Very very unprofessional, BUYER BEWARE!

They have high quality parts in very nice condition. Not the typical wrecking yard stuff. It is NOT cheap. 90% of their sales are to auto body repair shops doing insurance work. If you a need high quality part that looks near new, they have it, but it will cost you. I got a very hard to find super nice seat for my truck when everywhere else had junk.
