I can not say enough good things about Austin and Bow Auto Parts! Walking into an auto parts store as a woman can definitely feel intimidating, but Austin immediately made me feel completely comfortable. He explained everything clearly, treated me with respect, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. I initially purchased two parts for my SUV, and later realized I didn’t need one of them—unfortunately just past their 30-day return window. I did need another part around the same price, and Austin didn’t hesitate. He quickly tracked down the exact part I needed and made an even exchange happen. That is exceptional customer service.
