I waited on the line for several minutes, and when I finally reached a sales representative, he took my order information and then disconnected the call. If the item was unavailable, I would have appreciated being informed directly rather than having my time wasted. As the frontline representatives of your company, your customer service team plays an important role in the overall customer experience. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure better communication in the future. Worst phone service!!!

Takes forever to get ahold of somone on the phone and have been hung up on multiple times. Was finally able to purchase a motor over the phone and was told they would call me when it was ready for pick up, they never called me and when I finally called them to check on it, it had been there for like a week already and they told me i had a certain amount of time to pick it up. Then when I actually go to the store to pick it up the hours of operation online say 9am-4pm when I call to see if I can get help because I arrived at 9am they tell me the actual hours are 10am-2pm which is ridiculous because I had to rent a truck to pick up the motor and it’s rented by the hour so not only did they waste my time but they cost me a lot of money.

My body shop needed help with a lot of parts and Mo C came through for us each time. I will recommend Mo and LKQ to all of my friends and family. This is the only place you should be buying from as they are the most honest, reliable and trustworthy. I had a little hiccup with one of my orders and Mo went above and beyond and did everything possible to fix the problem. They are a great company, everything ships out within a day or two depending on your location and the parts were excellent, packaged nice with protective bubble wrap and drivers are also very friendly and timely. I was impressed by the professionalism of Mo and will recommend LKQ to everyone I know based on my experience with him. I wish more people were like Mo and as kind and professional like he was with me. I ask so many questions and ask for so many different things and he never got frustrated or upset with me, instead he handled the calls with respect, kindness and professionalism. At times he had to take other incoming calls but kept returning to check on me and I I was left impress by his incredible work ethic and ability to multitask during a high volume of calls, while still being attentive to me and making me feel like a valued client. LKQ is very lucky to have someone like him on their team! Because of Mo we will be lifelong customers
