First of all, this is my first interaction with this yard, and I will say, prices seem to be EXTREMELY fair, I live about an hour from Aikey’s yard, I desperately needed a driveshaft for my ford f250, Aikey’s seemed to be the only yard within 100 miles that had my driveshaft for 1/10th the price new, which was great However I was given a bit of a runaround when it came time to getting my part pulled and ready for pick up. I first contacted them about 12:30 Tuesday afternoon, they told me they would work on having the part available by the days end, great. But I called them about 4 pm, they told me the part would be ready in the morning and that they would give me a call, but I never got a call so I called them at 12:30, 24 hours after I first inquired about the part, they said it would be ready after lunch time and that they would call me, I never got a call, luckily I was already in the area around 2-2:30, I stopped in and they told me the part would be ready in about 45 mins to an hour, finally around 4 pm Wednesday I finally got my part and could fix my truck. Price was good, but the customer service could use a little attention, would go back here if I had to, just wish I had better communication. Especially being an hour away.

Took a vehicle in for automotive scrape vehicle had brand new tires on it that i wanted to keep didn't think it would be right to take a vehicle in with no tires on it made a deal to have them.Get me a used set of tires.If I left the tires on the vehicle. I was told that they would have the tires for me within the next week or two , when I tried repeatedly to call back to get the set of tires , I got the runaround the first two times I talked to somebody then they stopped answering my phone calls. Had good interactions with them in the past. But now that it's been several months, and I don't even need a set of tires cause I found them elsewhere, I still have never been made whole or had a phone call from them.
