Well almost left a 5 star review last night. Called and spoke with someone to bring the car body. Called on the way letting them know I was almost there. Arrived just before closing and was turned away. Kevin stopped me outside and said he’ll unload me real quick. Took my name and number and was gone. That’s the 5 star part. Call today wanting to settle up and at least split whatever it was worth in weight with Kevin. Was told is wasn’t worth anything and it would cost them money. Scrap is scrap. A lbs is lbs. why if it wasn’t worth anything why even take it at 5 pm? Lesson learned.

Wish there was a zero rating. Chatted online about a tailgate. Said they had it and even sent pictures. Looked them upon Venmo and there was an account. Sent the money and then the issues/excuses began. Thats an old account and it’s not working, cant get our payments out. Should have talked to me first and i would have given correct account. Problem was the correct account was a personal account and not a business account. Now they wont ship part even thought i sent proof of payment twice.<br><br>Stay away from this company if you don't want to be disappointed.

Extremely funny and helpful team! This is an excellent full service shop for used parts. Of the five shops in the Tampa Bay area that I spoke with to obtain parts, this one had the most up-to-date website and best customer service. One phone call got it done. Unfortunately, some of the other higher rated shops in the area don’t want to bother with the individual and would rather make us call back multiple times.
