I had a great interaction with Republic Services. I called and Donnie Dittmar was very nice & helpful. He set me up with a dumpster and actually got me a cheaper price then I was initially quoted.. I see a lot of negative feedback, but maybe if people would pay their bill on time then they would have a good experience too. ?‍♂️

ONLY RATING THIS 5 STARS SO YOU CAN SEE THIS. my parents decided to use republic services when we moved out to our farm, this garbage company genuinely just sucks. they missed so many pickups. we have a large family, and my parents work way too hard to have to deal with this on top of everything else. they do not care about their customers. this is my fiance’s grandma’s trash she uses for her business, and as you can see..this is insane. they come up with excuse after excuse. do not go to them if you care about reliability and honesty. this is just crazy. UPDATE- this is our trash as of august 2025, absolutely unbelievably. do not go through this company, they do not care about you or the money you’ve spent going through them.

He has been very responsive to my questions and helpful. We have great service and I appreciate the text updates regarding any adjustment to our schedule.
