Customer reviews of Action Auto Parts in Hopewell, VA
4 stars based on 136 reviews- SStreet Speed Unlimited
The most horrible customer service. I called to buy an engine and no one would speak to me. They re-direct to Pick-n-Save, which they have no idea for whatever reason. Even with a stock number provided. Not sure if they only deal with Insurance claims or not as it isn't specified. Would not recommend.

Didn't even get a chance to get order a part! Sat on automated hold for 18 minutes. Wouldn't waste your time here. Called Lacy Auto in Charles City and IMMEDIATLEY got someone.

The staff i spoke with was beyond knowledgeable and effortlessly helped find the part I needed within minutes.
