A few days ago I was going down Treadaway on my motorcycle. A Mike Bounds tow truck cut me off, I let it slide, he then cut me off a second time so I went around him and flipped him off. I know it was dumb but I was frustrated and it’s just a finger. The Mike Bounds driver then proceeded to chase me at 70+mph down Treadaway. Got within a foot or two of me and miraculously never hit me because being on a motorcycle and at that speed he most definitely would have killed me. This continued for several miles of him getting as close to me as he could just to scare me and threaten me. He then kept inching his truck towards me to push me out of the lane and into the middle turn lane and towards the oncoming traffic. Ended up filing a police report but there’s nothing they can do, even with camera footage. We called Mike Bounds to complain and he said “must have been the guy in the white truck” (which it was). I guess the guy is such a problem he already knew who it would be about. I’ve known the Bounds family for over 20 years and have used them multiple times, but never again. We also use his company professionally at my work and after telling people at work about it, it was decided we would no longer use his company for fear of their drivers doing that while towing one of our trucks. The Bounds family members are all incredibly wonderful people but unfortunately, this incident has costed them a customer and my professional business which is a substantial amount of money on an annual basis.
