I have bought a bunch of parts from Grimes an I get great service from Roger, Rigo, and Friday, could not be more pleased with the clean quality parts. I recently bought a 2014 Accord steering gear and it's insane how perfect this thing was, they clearly take great pride in their parts! Really appreciate the warranty, too. Will definitely continue to source parts here.

Mr Cary Grimes was very professional and quick with getting a certain color tailgate to match my truck. Placed the order at 3 pm on a Thursday and it was ready for pickup the next morning. Super satisfied

I was fully ready to join the rest of the reviews and speak lowly of this establishment but they have a highly professional manager running the show named, Jack. I ordered a part with Grimes and unfortunately the wrong part was delivered, the customer service employee was not very caring of the issue and was very rude instead of just owning up to his mistake. I went to the location to speak with a manager and that is when I was introduced to Jack. Jack took the time to listen to my dilemma, and even when he did not have to he made things right by leaving his job and getting in his own personal vehicle to deliver a transmission that I needed to delivered across town. Jack effectively left his post to meet up with his delivery driver to retrieve my transmission (30 minutes away) then drove to Garland (another 40 minutes away) just to make sure my problem was taken care of. Jack is the consummate professional and is truly taking away from the negative stigma that auto-part yards seem to normally have. 5 stars for Jack, can't thank him enough.
