Absolutely terrible experience. I was told a tow truck would arrive within a certain timeframe, but I ended up waiting over 4 hours past that estimate. I had to keep calling just to get any kind of update, and even then, the communication from both the dispatchers and the driver was awful no proactive updates, no courtesy, nothing. If you’re in a tough spot or need reliable service, I wouldn’t count on Valley Towing and Storage in Brownsville.

I was driving on the highway when I encountered an alarming situation involving one of your towing trucks. The driver was tailgating me unnecessarily, coming dangerously close to colliding with my vehicle from behind. In an effort to change lanes for my safety, I signaled to transition, only to find that the tow truck driver intentionally maneuvered into my intended lane, further jeopardizing my safety. A few months ago, I experienced a car accident that resulted in my vehicle being totaled, and this recent encounter has caused significant emotional distress. It is crucial that your company ensures that all drivers are adequately trained in safe driving practices before operating vehicles on public roads. I am seeking appropriate action regarding this incident, as it has left me feeling traumatized.
