Bought a Jeep from BYOT. EXCELLENT experience!! Very nice people, extremely helpful and very safety conscious. Be careful in the yard, but it's the best kept junkyard I've ever been to. Their team is great, they'll help you wherever they can. VERY clean and neat lobby area. Very well organized. Fantastic, highly recommended!

First time vistor here and I was not disappointed. Eddie helped me at the desk when I entered and I told him I was new there. He gave me a run down of the rules and the layout. Super happy about that, not that I'm new to pick yards but BYOT is new to me and I didn't want to get kicked out! lol. But the yard has a $2 entry and wheel barrows as well as carts for use (very excited about that!). All vehciles are well inventoried and in their online database. They have an app you can get to browse this information as well but the front desk can print you a list of what you're looking for. The yard was well organized and also clean for what it is. I was able to immediately find my vehicles. Pulled the parts, threw them in the wheel barrow, went to check out and find the prices to be on par (if not a bit cheaper) with other yards back in Houston from where I travelled up from. 5/5 would make the 2 hour trip again to have such a wonderful experience! Bought A Honda Element Suv . Cosmetically it needed good old TLC, I was told and shown that the only known issue was a missing catalytic converter so the car would be very loud. That issue I could handle but when the vehicle was brought to the front and I was ready to leave staff brought a portable jumpstarter. I inquired why it was needed and I was told then .....after payment was made that the alternator was bad. NOT BEFORE BUT AFTER I HAD GAVE OVER MY HARD EARNED CASH. I was not aware of this before I paid and paperwork had yet been done. I was then rushed to sign title and buyers order and told that I could come back with a 50% gift certificate. They may be good for parts but total trash with the car sells. I have spent well over $400 more on this vehicle and I still can not drive it. Tried to sell it back and was told I needed to wait till the title came in the mail. Could have took me on a date first before screwing me over. Terrible place to buy a vehicle will make it you fault for not bringing a professional mechanic. *****UPDATE***** After the above review I was contacted by Jordan and offered a full refund additional expenses included. Came at the best time to. Awesome customer service and walking away from this experience am overall pleased even though I am back to saving up for another vehicle. Thank you Jordan!
