I scheduled my toolbox to be towed on a Saturday days in advance. When time comes, I waited, then called and asked for a status update. Their answer was that they are not able to even though I scheduled this appointment. What a waste of my time, poor business practice, they charge by the hour, I should be able to charge them for watsing my time. Negative stars if it was possible. Now this situation left me scrambling to find a tow company in such short notice and I ended up having to pay a premium because of it. Thanks Capital City Towing!
