Complete utter trash company. Had to fill a dispute with credit card company to get my money back after they sent me the wrong mirror. It wasn’t even for the right side of the car. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY NAY BE CHEAPER CUZ THEY ARE GOING TO SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY This is the mirror they sent me for a Pontiac Vibe

This another one of Des Moines most poorly ran business. For starters don’t expect to have a clue has to why you are getting the amount you are getting for your scrap because they don’t give receipts at this place. On my last adventure to this mud hole I received half the amount that I would’ve received from any other scrap yard. Upon asking for an explanation and for an itemized break down of the scrap prices paid per pound for what I brought in. I was told to hang on. After 15mins I was presented with a hand written receipt with scribbled out prices and rewritten clearly trying to come up with price per lb. prices that would reflect there amount paid out to me. Compared to other local scrap yards this was unexceptable.

JP salvage was great to work with. They were able to meet me within a time that worked with my work schedule. The provide a fair rate that was higher than other scrapping companies for an old beat up truck that no longer runs. Very professional and honest. I left happy, definitely recommend their service!
