Broke the rear end in the Camaro and called A1 because my company also uses them for the big heavy wreckers. Told my situation to the dispatcher and asked if they had a flatbed truck. She sent the driver as I was on the phone and within 20-25 minutes my car was already being loaded up safely. Driver was excellent and very friendly. I'll be calling again soon when it goes to the shop. Definitely recommend. Also for heavy haul and commercial rigs they can tow or pull you out as I've used them for the commercial side as well.

Customer service is terrible. They do not have any office on site for their yard, and do not send anybody out until the tow truck is there. So I am currently waiting for their driver to come open the gate and let my tow truck driver in. I called them when the tow truck was 10 minutes out and asked them to come open the gate and start the checkout process but they refused. It has now been almost 20 minutes of the tow truck and I sitting at the gate waiting for them (and I am still waiting.) Terrible service especially since they knew it was going to take them a long time to get out here. Not pleased at all.i have called for updates and all they have said is someone is on the way. Truly awful service.

24 hours but for some reason took 2 hours to get my car after being reassured multiple times it was only gonna be 15 minutes
