Extremely Unprofessional – Do Not Use This Towing Company This was hands-down the most unprofessional and disrespectful towing experience I’ve ever had. My insurance company unfortunately assigned this company, and I regret not doing more research beforehand. From the moment the driver arrived, he had a disgusting attitude and acted like I was bothering him. What really blew my mind was how he openly talked trash on the phone the entire time, showing zero regard for professionalism or the fact that I was standing right there. There was absolutely no courtesy, no effort to help, and no respect shown at any point. This company clearly doesn’t care about customer service—they’re just looking to get paid. I honestly believe this place should be shut down. No one deserves to be treated like that when they're already dealing with the stress of needing a tow. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If your insurance assigns them, ask for another provider immediately. There are thousands of other companies out there—literally any of them would be a better choice. Do your research and avoid this mess. You’ll thank yourself later.

He didn’t acknowledge me, didn’t explain the process, and spent the entire time loudly talking trash on the phone like I wasn’t even there. It was beyond unprofessional—it was flat-out rude. To make matters worse, I didn’t even choose this company—my insurance assigned them. That’s why I’m warning others: do your research. Just because your insurance sends them doesn’t mean you have to accept the service. You have the right to ask for another provider, and I highly recommend you do. This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with any service company. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. There are plenty of towing companies that know how to treat people with respect—this isn’t one of them. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely the Worst Tow Company Experience – Avoid at All Costs! If I could give this company zero stars, I absolutely would. My insurance unfortunately dispatched this towing company, and I regret every second of it. The tow truck driver showed up with a disgusting attitude, acting like doing his job was a burden. What made it worse was how he talked trash while on the phone—completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior, right in front of a customer. This has got to be the most unprofessional towing company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. There was no courtesy, no integrity, and definitely no accountability. It felt like dealing with someone off the street, not a service I was trusting with my vehicle. This company honestly needs to be shut down immediately. There is no reason a business treating customers like this should still be operating. I wouldn’t recommend this low-down, dirty company to my worst enemy, let alone someone looking for reliable help during a stressful moment. Please do your research before ever accepting this company through your insurance. There are thousands of better, more respectful companies out there—don’t settle for this disaster of a business. Trust me, you'll save yourself a massive headache.
