I had a tough morning after locking my keys in my car, and nothing seemed to be working—not the police, a locksmith, or even my insurance roadside assistance. Then came Hayden from Pigg Towing, and he was a total lifesaver! He tried every possible way to help me get into my trunk, even charging my battery and checking different access points. When nothing worked, he personally drove me to my house to get my spare key and brought me back. He stayed until my car was running to make sure I was completely taken care of. Courteous, professional, and incredibly kind—Hayden went above and beyond. I can’t thank him enough! Carol

Blew out 2 tires west of Archer City, called insurance who sent out this tow truck. Had an estimated time of arrival of 60-90 minutes. Driver called to verify location, then called again to ask how many people. I told him we had 5 people so he had to get a different truck. He made good time, and the first thing he did was put the kids in the truck to make sure they were safe. Insurance was going to send us to a random tire place in Archer City but Google said that place was permanently closed so the driver took us to a place he knew in Wichita Falls, then he let us grab our bags and drove us across the street to the hotel. I hate to need this type of company, but I would definitely call this one again.

Onstar called roadside to my home, and Jason with Pigg Towing showed up. He was so prompt, professional, understanding, kind and patient, with us old folks. After patiently trying to jump start our truck, unsuccessfully, he carefully loaded our truck and is delivering it to our service department. It was so wonderful, in such a stressful situation, to have a caring, professional show up to help us out. We were at our home. But I'd say, if a person were stranded, anywhere away from their home, that Pigg towing's Jason, was awesome, and to feel good about calling them for help. They have services in other cities besides Wichita Falls. I'm certain that Jason is a reflection of the company he works for. So feel confident in calling them for, no matter what city you're in. Being stranded is such a stressful situation. And when help comes promptly and is so kind and professional, it really helps to calm an already stressful situation.
