Just like everyone else says. STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Called on part and then continued to call for 2 weeks in a row and kept getting the run around about who to talk to, or the part was pulled but need to find. Been here before once and this place was disgusting and wasn't even wanting to call again but they were the closest one that "had it" possibly maybe still not sure. But we moved on and found a actual junk yard that wants business and has some organization and customer skills.

terrible customer service. found an instrument cluster on car-part.com, called the number listed, talked to some dude, gave him the stock number and the ID number and everything. He must not of been able to find it and just says "yaaa we dont have that truck here, it got crushed before the holiday" and hangs up on me. No worries dude.... looks like this is a common practice for y'all

They really need new staff, they have no order to their business. They will have you waiting a week or more for parts only to end up not having them after asking you to pay ahead! (this has happen to me on multiple times. As a business I cant operate like that. Hire someone who can help you come up with better systems or this place will only get worse. Every one in the car business hates this place.
