When I say the amount of stuff for a car with a bad engine lied about it runs and drives never again will I deal with this place the amount of stress from this. It's easier to get a dealers license and stay away from this place.

Horrible customer service. Rude and only excited to say no. They’re like high school kids trapped in an adult body. They’re all trained to be as lazy and disrespectful as possible. Melissa thinks she owns the company but with her mentality will remain just a simple office lady. At least the manager, Will, has the least amount of business knowledge it requires to retain management position at Copart and can step in from time to time. That’s if you can get any office lady to move out of their seat. 100% recommend going to iaa, if only to be treated as a human.
