Do not ever let the police tow your vehicle here. They have outrageous charges that I have never in my life seen from a towing company before. $150 per day for your vehicle in the facility. On top of that they will charge you for a day the second the day starts. Stay in your vehicle and make sure to have any other company tow your vehicle to your repair shop to make sure that you will not get hurt financially with fines. Lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake.

My vehicle was recovered from theft and was towed to this facility. The shop called me and was courteous, informative. They arranged for delivering it to a very good body shop. One thing they promised but did not do was to get the vehicle towed back to their shop for us to pickup as the body shop was like 20 miles away where as this shop was closer. Overall, a smooth experience nevertheless.

Early today, my vehicle and about $1,500 was stolen from my home. The Amherst Police Department recovered the vehicle—today-—but this company, who knew about my son's cancer tried to charge me around $478 to recover the vehicle. Please avoid using them if you have a choice. Now we don't have a car
