SICK OF THIS! Same thing every time I call?! 15 minutes on hold, no updates, no apologies... like, what's going on?! Are they even trying?! Time to take my business elsewhere, maybe they'll listen then. Anyone else having better luck with customer service? #Frustrated #BadService

Joe and his crew are amazing! I recently bought a used seat that my car would not accept. After going to several mechanics and a master mechanic who cannot figure it out, he referred me to a good friend of his to take one final look. If that does not work, he is willing to work with me to get it resolved another way. Ace Auto goes above and beyond, they really care!
