I needed to junk my car but I've never done it before and was a little intimidated of the whole process. I called around to a couple places and got many different responses. All telling me pretty much the same thing as the others but Solis Towing from the very beginning made me feel so comfortable that the nerves went away. I realized this when I was asking questions I asked other places I called and would get either rude, short, answers from men talking to me like I was a dumb child. I get it, maybe I asked things I should already know the answers to but I'm not trying to waste anyone's time either so I know I'm not asking unnecessary questions. My situation was a little different since I had lost ALL my paperwork to the car. I didn't have any of it but Solis Towing went above and beyond in helping me. Before we even got to that point I had called, got an estimate, got a scheduled time, they showed up at the time scheduled, they responded quickly and straight to the point all with the best customer service! All of the workers that helped me treated and talked to me with such good energy and vibes. From the caller that I talked to on the phone and the two gentlemen that came in the tow truck. They all never gave me any attitude or made me feel like I was being cheated out of money or lied to. These guys came out to my house for the car like we had scheduled and that's when I mentioned a couple of details about the car. They explained the $$$ I was quoted would be reduced and I didn't feel comfortable with the new $$$ quote and I was so confused to what the details about the car meant for me. Even if I decided to not junk, it would mean a lot of different changes in paperwork for the car. I told them I changed my mind and I felt bad but they didn't act bothered or frustrated with me. Actually, they helped me figure out the problem with the paperwork! They left with no car and a little after they left the company called me and told me what they were able to learn about the cars paperwork. They didn't have to do that but they did and I appreciate it so much because then I was able to make the best choice. They told me they could give me the original $$ quote for the car if I did decide to junk it after all since it all got sorted out. Of course then I felt so overwhelmed by the impressive professional and just plain good customer service. They told me they could go back to my house no problem if I decided to junk it. I said yes and they showed up within 15 mins and they loaded the car, I signed the paperwork, got the money I was originally quoted all in less than 10 mins. Never felt rushed or pressured and I don't feel any regret. I feel good about the choice I made and I honestly can not explain what a surprise I got today from Solis Towing Company. For a female who doesn't know anything about cars this is the exact experience I hoped to have. I literally pray that if I have a daughter one day and she has to take care of these kinds of things that these are the types of people that she calls for help. Such great, professional, decent, helpful, patient, people!Oh and out of all the places I called these guys gave me the highest $$$ quote! So glad I called Solis Towing you guys helped me out so much. Thank you!!!

My car got towed right from my business. No one here called. I asked the towing company to release the name and/or the steps they take to verify is a legit person calling. The lady at the front desk said she couldn’t release the information. A supervisor had to do it. When I ask to speak to the supervisor, she says he wasn’t there. Not willing to work with me at all as the business owner. Very frustrating and annoying. Anybody walking by can call and cars tow away done with this company forever
