My whole experience w this company has been horrible. My canceled order still got shipped/delivered. Getting a refund is a big run-around process. Their customer service is no existent when you're trying to get a refund. Going to have to have my bank reverse the charge cause its been a hassle getting refunded by them.

Was just looking up the directions to relay to someone else and seen all of these negative reviews and wanted to post my review. I have ordered parts from here on several occasions and I have not experienced the problems described here. Today I was told my sales contact no longer worked with the company and that they have recently had a large turnover of employees recently and they are currently short handed so that may be part of the reason people are having difficulty. I hope that I continue to have good service as this place is relatively close to my home and their parts have always been good and the service adequate. Bill
