I cannot recommend Roy and Dot's towing enough. After a traumatic accident, their team was very responsive, professional, and caring about my situation. They dispatched very efficiently to my location and made the process of towing my car my smallest concern on such a terrible day. My driver Danny was very kind, communicative, and made sure that my car was taken care of with extreme professionalism and kindness. I used my insurance for the tow. After I hung up with insurance, within a minute dispatch called me to confirm the location and any prices. About a few minutes later the driver called gave me an ETA. The arrival time was fast, especially on a Sunday evening . The driver was chill, very professional, down to earth, and handled my vehicle with care. Though I didn't need it, the price per mile was fair, in my opinion.

The service and professionalism that I received from driver Harry was greatly appreciated. He was quick, but yet extremely safe while hooking up to my semi truck and 53 foot trailer only 2 feet from oncoming traffic on a major highway.
