    They towed my car and basically held it hostage until I paid which I did immediately. Once I got my car out I called the police and the state's attorney general office to fight the exorbitant charges of close to $500. The SAPD assigned a detective to the case and after reviewing the charges found that I was illegally charged duplicate fees. The company refunded me the full amount. Don't let these towing companies steal your hard-earned money! Get your car out as soon as possible and review every charge on the bill. Call your local PD and ask for someone who specializes in handling these cases. It took me several calls to get to the right person but it was worth it and it was handled quickly.

    I understand this people is doing its job but they should notify when they take a car. I was frightened and scared thinking someone stole my truck. I called the police,my insurance and even the complex manager . The police did not have a report yet. My God this is inhumane

    These people saw me walking towards my car at 1am with my 4 month old infant, and proceeded to speed off with my car. I understand doing your job, but the manner of which they did it was really low and grimey.. Then they will proceed to rob you of $410 cash (not even for a full 24hrs) just to retrieve your vehicle... Please shut these kind of businesses down. They take advantage of people and kick you while your down...
