absolutely the worst place ever my mother had just got out of the hospital with a hip replacement went to her car and the battery they thought was dead. The driver Anthony came looked at the battery. Said the wires were corroded. It wouldn't start it needed a new battery he said he would be back in a half an hour. He continued to tell my sister who was waiting to take my mother home that he would be there in 15 minutes 20 minutes 30 minutes then it was I have a car that's needed to be towed. Anthony said I need to get to the police impound then I'll be there 30 minutes is what he told me after I called him to see if he was really going to show up he promised me he would be there in 30 minutes. 40 minutes comes he's not there so I drive an hour and 15 minutes to bring them a brand new battery and when I look at the battery, there's no corrosion on it. The battery looks brand new just like my mom knew it was but never thought the guy would flat out lie. He never came back and he just flat out Lied about the battery. It had a full charge. It was not even the battery my mother who had just had surgery wasn't thinking straight, and she had two keys, one that opened the door And The other key started the vehicle. Once my sister's husband was contacted He told them about that key situation, he would've thought of that off of the rip, but he was told that the battery wires were corroded heavily, and that the battery was dead so he believed the guy and never once thought about the two different keys scenario. Once I arrived and figured out that the battery looked brand new and had no corrosion He thought about the two different keys. It was another key and it started right up! Swift towing are crooks. I would never use them!!! They did my mom so dirty. She was there 4 1/2 hours sitting in a wheelchair waiting on this guy in horrible pain, absolutely unacceptable!!! Swift towing do the right thing and fire Anthony, he gave your company a really really bad name.

I had posted on a community page yesterday a few services I needed help with (lockout, jump and tow- on account I don’t have insurance and hadn’t been driving my car.) A Anthony from Swift Towing answered my post. He said he could come out tomorrow which is today now. I texted and called several times with no response the number he gave me. I ended up calling the company line in Holt. I found out the guy works there but never talked to him. I did find out he quoted me $85-$90 for my three services but he’s not an owner or manager. He had no right to do so. I still needed my car moved today so accepted the $150 quoted. The guy on phone said he was still giving me a deal. I said he shouldn’t have employees going rogue quoting their own prices. Well, as it turned out, I waited three hours and was still waiting. I ended up calling another tow company that got to me and had everything ready to go in less than 20 minutes! I’ll never use this company ever again! There is nothing Swift about this place!!
