Today the driver "Bernard" picked up my 1997 BMW Z-3 that had been involved in an accident and delivered it to my personal address. I just want to say that Bernard was very professional and an extremely nice person. He even commented that he was glad I was not injured seriously. I have an old F250 that slung a break pad while driving and I couldn’t stop. Had to get it towed to a repair shop. From start to finish I was very impressed with the company. The lady who took the initial phone call was professional and very nice on the phone. Which isn’t a normal thing I’ve experienced with towing companies in the past. The driver was great, really nice guy. From the Time I requested the tow to watching my truck pull out of the parking lot on their flat bed was less than 20 minutes. If you’re in a bind- THIS is definitely the company you need to call. i have them saved in my phone for any future needs.
