1 Star is too many. 1st off we ordered a transmission from this company, my employee ordered it and they put it under his name. When it was delivered they would not accept my form of payment because they said it was not in the correct name. Called the company and they stated that in order to change the name they would have to take the transmission back and then redeliver it in a couple of days. When talking to Tara Jenkins she 1 stated that my business doesn't exist, which it does and then she tried to correct herself and said that it went under and then tried to correct herself again by saying what I mean it that it's a different name. We are d/b/a out as something else that has been in business since the 70's. Avoid this company at all cost. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
