I made a post earlier today and before I found out more info it was already responded too. I couldn't respond so I just deleted it to start over. Christmas night Bibb Sheriff office helped me tremendously I was in a dangerous situation, although my grandkids toys were inside my vehicle when it was towed I didn't see them when I got my vehicle back . I never accused Bibb county nor Kitchens i wasnt sure who did what so i spoke to Bibb and they advised they secured the items until pivkes up, they gave great customer service to me it was just stressful situation and I found the specific gift I was concerned about wedged between my trunk and custom speakers later today while loading a TV. My character is too right my wrong so apologies sent to any offended and I thank you still for your help that night and next day

Communication with office and initial call was great, response time was excellent and speedy. Tow truck operator was excellent, professional, and proficient. Fast, smooth, safe, and affordable. Would highly recommend.
