I had a fantastic experience with the tow recovery assist service led by Corey. I reached out needing a same-day car battery replacement, and they were able to schedule it immediately. They were able to complete the battery swap in under 30 minutes without me moving my car out of the public garage— incredibly smooth and hassle-free. It was a very cold day, but they still arrived right on time and kept great communication the whole way. Truly appreciated their professionalism and the quick save for my car battery in the middle of winter. Highly recommend!

They did a great job and got my car to start. I will say the service itself was 5/5 even a bit behind schedule. They were knowledgeable and did get the job done. I was a bit put off by the surprise amount of $660. I am taking into account they change both my main and auxiliary battery, however, their website says most battery replacement service cost $160-$250 ( parts, labor, warranty & tax included).

It was a stressful situation when my car wouldn’t start. I wasn’t sure what the best option was, so I called several places and kept changing my mind. At first, I contacted them for a towing service, but later decided to cancel. The gentleman on the phone was very understanding and agreed to cancel the order without any charge. Throughout our conversation, I could feel his sincerity—he never pressured me to make a quick decision. Instead, he explained my options clearly and was honest about how long it would take for them to arrive. He also reminded me that if the police arranged the tow, it would likely cost twice as much. In the end, I chose to let the police handle it since it was dark and I didn’t want to block the road any longer. Even so, the gentleman remained polite, honest, and genuinely helpful. Two days later, I needed towing again. Because of the great first experience, I called them back. This time, everything went smoothly—the driver arrived on time, was patient, and very professional. I hadn’t discussed the price in advance, but when I asked upon arrival, they quoted a very fair rate. This company truly stands out. They don’t just focus on making money—they care about helping people. Honest, trustworthy, and professional!
