We had an excellent experience with Alfred. We broke down on the freeway so it made it dangerous for him to get the car on the bed. He was very efficient in that process. We had a dog with us and he dealt with that very professionally so very thankful for that. Our apartment has tight lanes which he navigated perfectly as well backed it into our parking space. Very satisfied with Alfred. Thank you, Johnny, Fran, and Penny.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with ABC Towing. Someone blocked off my car on the parking lot, and I couldn't get the car out nor find the car owner. Despite ABCs claims of monitoring this lot 24/7, their service--and their attitude--is a total joke. When I called to report an unauthorized vehicle, the attendant was beyond rude. He flatly refused to help, claiming he "couldn't tow the vehicle by law" (which seems convenient for a towing company). His "solution" was for me to go find the owner (if I could find the owner, I wouldn't need a tow truck to move the car!) To top it off, he was extremely condescending, telling me to "just look around the parking lot" like I was the one being difficult. If you're looking for professional service or actual parking enforcement, look elsewhere. These guys are clearly more interested in making excuses than doing their jobs.
