Ordered a ram 3500 tailgate 1/14/2026 Lucas actually called week later to tell me tailgate on the way 1/24 and 1/26/2026 I called. Spoke with a Debbie she told me shipment got stopped “our truck broke down would be another month before delivery- but for an extra shipping fee I could have it this week. Told them cancel whole order I’ll dispute transaction with my bank. What a joke of a company DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Sorry I didn’t read reviews before ordering.

Honestly, the experience was pretty bad but not horrible? This was the ONLY company who could locate a rare engine for me. Allegedly importing from Japan. I sent over $1,400 and heard nothing.. 3 months later, they said "We lost your engine and we have another one on the way, but you have to send us more money." First of all, how do you LOSE AN ENGINE??? Like, on a whole pallet. I refused to send the money until the engine arrived... 6 months later, this greaseball of a motor showed up wrapped in plastic on a busted up wooden pallet in the yard.. I was bewildered.. Well the truck needed a lot of work, but I finally cranked it up for the first time this week. Runs good. Block is good. Insides are good. Compression good.. I guess this situation worked out?? LOL Thanks Part Network. You're a weird one.

Having issues with transmission I bought in January 2024 and can't reach anyone. It is under extended warranty. I have emailed,called, left messages. It wasn't that hard when they wanted to make a sell. Don't do business here it shouldn't be that hard to reach someone when there is an issue. Don't be sold on the 3 year warranty deal either.
