He made himself available an hour before opening just to help us out—he was clear, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Although they did pull my credit twice (for one vehicle), I can’t recommend this dealership enough. We were so fortunate to get Ricky as our salesman! He was knowledgeable, helpful, down to earth, NOT pushy, and just an all around great guy!
