I usually don’t like leaving negative feedback, but unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this company. I called on Monday, December 29th around 10 a.m. to order an alternator for my Jeep Wrangler. The person in the sales department told me the part was still installed in a vehicle and that I would have to wait until the next day for them to remove it. I still asked if there was any chance they could have it ready the same day since it was still early, but he responded very firmly and with a sharp tone that no, I had to wait until the next day. The following day, I made my first call around 11 a.m. to check if my part was ready, and they told me it wasn’t, that they were still working on it. I called every two hours for updates, and every time I received the exact same answer. I decided to send an email explaining my situation, since I don’t have a car and I have to pay daily storage fees at the shop while my vehicle is there. I never received a response. I am honestly very frustrated. I chose to buy from this business because of the positive reviews, but unfortunately I did not have the same good experience that many others mention. It’s disappointing that the service did not meet expectations.

If you want to learn how to run a service business, just look at the Linder's model. This team is amazing. You can buy vehicles anywhere, but what happens after you leave the lot. Most places, you get the tail-light warranty. Not with Linder's, it's the reason we continue to purchase vehicles here. No worries about "we don't cover that', or "not our problem". John, Annie, and Brian, thanks again for another great experience! CU next time!

This place is freaking great. I drove all the way from NYC to pick up some parts. Everywhere I priced, the parts I needed would have costed me $1000. They sold me the pasts for $400. With gas and toll for $100, and 7 hour of my day, I saved $500.
