My vehicle was towed on Friday. On Saturday morning, I called to ask if I could pick it up and was told that I would not be able to retrieve it until Monday. Later that same day, I called again and was informed that someone could meet me at the yard so I could pick up my vehicle. When we arrived on Saturday, we were assisted by the tow operator named Vlad, whom we were paying for the release of the vehicle. During this process, an individual named Denis, who Vlad identified as an employee, came out unexpectedly and began yelling aggressively, telling us to get out of the way and acting in an extremely hostile and unprofessional manner. At the time, I was inside the office completing payment, and my young daughter was sitting inside my vehicle. As I was walking back, my daughter began crying and told me that Denis had scared her and attempted to open the door of the pickup truck we were using to tow my vehicle out. This behavior was completely unacceptable and alarming. Vlad then sent Denis away, and I immediately filed a complaint with the on-call contact. Since then, I have called several times to follow up, but I have not received any response. Additionally, I was charged for a two-day storage fee, even though my vehicle was towed on Friday and picked up on Saturday, which does not reflect a two-day stay.

Excellent customer service! Communication was perfect and especially Mario.... who was extremely polite and professional. I loved that he called when when the car got dropped off. That's a very good thing. Made me feel very relaxed. Thank you again!!!

THIS COMPANY MAKES EMPLOYEES POST REVIEWS TO BOOST THEIR RATING. ON 9/24/2025 A DRIVER ATTACKED ME WHILE I WAS TRYING TO MERGE WITH TRAFFIC ON US 19 SOUTHBOUND NEAR MOOG ROAD. AS I ACCELERATED TO MERGE THERE WAS SPACE TO MERGE IN FRONT OF THEIR TOW TRUCK. THE DRIVER ACCELERATED AND TRIED TO RUN ME OFF INTO DIVIDERS THAT WERE IN MY LANE. I GOT IN AND THE DRIVER BEGAN TAILGATING ALL I SAW WAS GRILL IN MY MIRROR. HE THEN LAYED ON THE HORN SCARING ME PUTTING ME INTO A PANIC. I PULLED INTO A WAWA DOWN THE ROAD AT MILE STRETCH AND 19 AND DRIVER CAME INTO PARKING LOT AND ALMOST HIT ME HEAD ON. I HELD THE PHONE UP TO SAY IM CALLING COPS AND HE DROVE OFF. THIS COMPANY DIDNT CARE ABOUT THE ATTACK WITH A CMV AND INTENTIONAL EMOTIONAL DISTRESS AND RECKLESS DRIVING WITH A CMV.
