Picked up my car which was locked, somehow someone get into my car smoked cigarettes and left McDonald’s trash in my glove box.

I've never dealt with a more dismissive business owner than Tony. He was very rude on the phone, and showed zero compassion or knowledge regarding the status of my car before hanging up on me mid conversation. They were also negligent with my car. Is it necessary to park it so close to another vehicle?
