I went here with my son and his friend. It was cold outside, so we wanted to hurry. The staff were all courteous and helped us get a printout of cars that could be donors! We found several of the parts we needed. I do wonder though, why does Midwest even post a vehicle as a donor, even when it burned 98%?? Our friend had just one donor car, and that was burned to a literal crisp. The only thing we found that wasn't burned from the OUTSIDE were the 2 fog lamps. We saw a few other burned vehicles while there...they are a waste of time. Otherwise, Midwest is a great place to find and pull parts. Prices were comparable to other U-Pull places. I do think CORE charges are ridiculous from these places though.

Nice people. Not pushy or cranky. Knew specifics about the vehicle parts I was looking for, and made suggestions on other makes/models parts by cross referencing vehicle types that used this exact same part.

Purchased an engine that Midwest claimed had been tested and ran fine. Installed the engine and it did not run. Midwest has failed to honor their 90 warranty. Dont believe for a moment that their parts are quality tested or that they will refund your money when the parts fail.
