Outstanding service! I called a few companies, but cash for junk cars gave me the best price. The driver was courteous and arrived right on time. Will definitely recommend them to my friends!!!!

I wouldn’t dare recommend this place to anybody. If I could give it zero stars I most definitely would. I called them at 8:04 am on 8/8/23. They called me back but I was in training at 10:20 am. So I sent a text message letting them know that I would call them back once I was done. I called them back at 1:33 pm and the man basically told me that he would come and get the car but rushed me off the phone telling me to text him the address and he would let me know how long it would take for somebody to come. He wasted my time and for hours I waited for a response. So I text him asking around what time somebody might be coming at 3:35 pm and got no response. So I found another company and text him at 4:39 pm letting him know that I wouldn’t be needing their services anymore. Their communication sucks and that’s not how you run a business. They don’t respond, they will absolutely waste your time&they are very unprofessional.

Hung up on me, opened the phone call with, go go, gave me about 5 seconds for all the details about my car, I apparently didn't answer a question fast enough. I guess 1 second was too long. Not sure how these guys are in business. The guy was combatitive the second he answered the phone, before I said a word. Let me know if you'd like me to come up there and talk in person.
