Absolutely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. This person offered me an attractive rate for my junk car and confirmed a pickup appointment. Because of that, I turned down other buyers who had already been responsive and provided much better customer service. That turned out to be a mistake. Communication was poor the entire time, and he never acted like he actually wanted the business. We still arranged to meet at 3:00 PM, and my husband arrived exactly on time and called him at 3:00 on the dot. Instead of honoring the appointment, he said he was eating with his family and told my husband to call back later. Fifteen minutes later, he sent a message canceling due to a “family emergency” after we had already rearranged our schedules and gone out of our way to meet him. It felt like a complete disregard for our time. Another red flag was that he contacted us from multiple different phone numbers during the process, which only made the situation feel even less trustworthy. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this service. If you’re selling your car, be careful about canceling other offers because this experience was unreliable and extremely frustrating.
