Great service, but I won’t use them ever again, they didn’t know how much/if I was supposed to pay for the service, when they figured it out I paid on spot. My insurance called me a few days later telling me I was supposed to pay the whole bill and then get a refund for the difference, I told them I didn’t have their contact and she told me she was going to figure it out. Came out that I had a balance of $30, received a call from Battleground yesterday said I was paying it last night, end up my work day at 3:30am and, of course, completely forgot to pay last night. They contacted my insurance company at 5am, so my insurance obviously called me and they also called me 5 times by 9am for $30 dollars. They might be desperate for money to put so much effort to get $30 so urgently! I paid as soon as I woke up, and they were surprised when I was upset. Tony is the one you should avoid. Forgot to mention there plug the computer and reset, total cost $530! Will never use their services again.

Highly recommend Battleground Truck Repair. Great people! Great place! On our way home from family vacation at Onslow Beach, NC we needed to stop at rest area to take a break and stretch. My husband gets out to talk to our daughter and son in law and hears something. Looks and there’s antifreeze come out of the back. We sent the others on home. Another 7 hr drive. We ended up having to stay the night in the rest area. Battleground towed us in to their lot. They let us boonedock in their lot for the night. Awesome mechanics, Clar and Buck! Everyone we came in contact with there are awesome! The girls in the office made sure we had food. Clar and Buck had the pump off and had us fixed in no time and back on road to Ohio. If you ever need any truck, RV repair, tires, towing, auto truck parts and are close to Burlington, NC please give them a call!! Family owned since 1970! They had our rollback for almost two years, never fixed anything. Upon trying to pick up the rollback they refused any payment besides cash which was not established before. Tony the manager has a nasty attitude and doesn't care about their bad business practice.
