Straight forward no-nonsense staff. They come off as rude probably because they're tired and bored of the job. I found them knowledgeable and overwhelmed. Basic pick a part site. Had some of what I needed at the time. Didn't have some of what I needed at the time. So I come back later to roll the dice. Fair pricing for most of it. Pass on what isn't a good deal. Buy what is. Exactly what you expect from a pick a part. Scrapped junkers are on site. Most cars are crashed. Some weren't worth fixing for the previous owner. You bring tools and pull what you need. More people crash cars. Old cars leave. Fresh cars enter. Parts get picked off cars before they get crushed. Repeat.

Giving 1 star due to a very poor experience with an employee named Joe. I was attempting to drop off a junk vehicle and presented all necessary documentation, including accurate registration and my ID, confirming ownership. Joe was dismissive and very rude, refusing the vehicle without the title, despite the provided proof of ownership for a junk car. I felt I was treated with suspicion, as if attempting to drop off an illegal vehicle. I will not be doing business here again.
