Terrible experience! This company is literally hunting drivers! I parked near Newport Mall for just 3–4 minutes to pick up a delivery order. When I came back, my car was already gone. It’s clear they just sit and wait for someone to leave their vehicle for even a moment, then immediately tow it away without a word. This isn’t about maintaining order — it’s a trap for unsuspecting people. I admit I parked in a hurry and not in the best spot, but their actions were excessive and inhumane. No warning, no chance to explain — just a tow and a fine. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Be careful — they work fast, silently, and seem to enjoy making people’s lives harder.

I was supposed to get a service road assistance and they hired this towing company to provide the service and they couldn’t be more unprofessional. The Starbucks address where my car was given to them, then after waiting for them an hour the driver I believe his name was ‘Pedro’ called me saying that he was at the Walgreens parking lot. I explained to him that the Walgreens was right next to it, less than half a block away. The guy basically couldn’t find basic directions, the places are literally next to each other. Then a nasty dispatcher from AAA called me to tell me that the driver said my car was not on site. She was uneducated and nasty. I am attaching the picture showing that my car was there the whole time but this incompetent company couldn’t even locate it having the right address. Find a more professional company to help you!
