After our Honda Pilot was totaled and declared a loss, we were in the middle of figuring out what to do next when we were referred to Dependable Auto through my son’s friend’s grandparents. That referral turned out to be a huge blessing. They connected us with a used 2019 Acura, which ended up being an upgrade from what we had before; at the same price point. Throughout the process, they were attentive, patient, and incredibly easy to work with during what could have been a stressful situation. What really stood out was that they went out of their way to install a special trailer hitch for us, handling details that made the entire experience feel thoughtful and personal. From start to finish, we were treated with kid gloves. I would highly recommend Dependable Auto for anything related to vehicles or automotive work. They genuinely care about people, not just transactions.

Called for parts availability and was able to pull my own part with no hassle. Front desk was super friendly despite being very busy with calls. Parts were significantly cheaper than other salvage yards I called in the area.

I was in the market for a BMW n20 engine and came across Dependable Auto Parts. I spoke to Jake (mamager) really nice and knowledgeable guy. He even threw in some parts at a discounted price. I was able to check out the donor car that it came out of. The engine BMW n20 is currently running strong and quiet. All parts on the engine were in working condition, the engine was picked out perfectly NO harness were cut or missing. WELL DONE to the guys in the yard. I would definitely do business again with them in the near future.
