They were fast to come pick up my car same day. However, the title wasn't in the car at the time (long story) and its been like pulling teeth finding and getting a hold of anyone to sign anything for proof of sale/purchase. I live on the Missouri of the border and am now stuck with property tax on a car I no longer have because no one will reach back out. They also gave me a measly 140.00 for my car. I tried to reach out by phone and email. Is there an updated way to contact anyone? The email came back as address not found.
