Towed my pickup less then 2 miles. Topper was ripped off and destroyed, clearly you can see where it was hit. Dispatcher said they just knocked a window out. We use the pickup everyday and never had a problem, now all the sudden it blew off, bull crap. Topper was bolted down like all toppers. Read all the other reviews about how they have damage other people's vehicles, Big o tire on the outerloop gave me there name. Unfortunately they damaged the wrong persons vehicle this time.

I was stranded on the highway. The tow driver made sure I was safe and then secured my car with safety. He was so nice. I had to change where the car was being towed. He had me call into the office and work it out and he tried to help with the car battery. He helped me get the window covered because the start system failed and it would not work. Thank you for getting to me quickly and being so helpful.

Amazing service. My car was stuck on a rock ledge on the worst driveway and they did an amazing job getting it unstuck with minimal damage. They were fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. I don’t know the name of the driver who came out to save me tonight but he was great and I hope he knows that! I cannot recommend them enough!
